How this aligns with the 3-month volunteer program

• ◆ A 90-day internship covers part of one or two contract phases depending on start date.
• ◆ Volunteers pick a role required by the active phase at their preferred region (see application form).
• ◆ Daily timed tasks on the Flyriders dashboard match that role (build + ops roles).
• ◆ Temporary power phase (P3) is when charge/swap revenue starts while later phases finish the permanent station.
• ◆ Station Manager / Ops roles peak at handover (P7) as the node goes fully operational.
