  • ◆Serial scan in/out
  • ◆Quarantine damaged packs
  • ◆Balance rotation

How this role produces revenue

Swap fees and reduced craft downtime = more bookings.

Sample daily tasks (volunteer program)

  • ◆Stage 4 charged packs
  • ◆Complete 3 swaps
  • ◆Update battery board
  • ◆Tag weak cells

Indicative commitment: ~16 hours per week for 12 weeks.
