Lift to bed
At the dock edge the system raises the pallet to the truck floor height.
Why it exists
One operator. No walking a jack into a dark box.
Hardware shops and merchants lose time and people sending a jack into the cargo body of every lorry. DockSplit keeps the rider outside. The module does the inside work. Offload stays manual — the system holds the pallet until hands are ready.

Split
Pins and magnets release. Body stays. Module takes the load.

Enter the box
The powered fork module drives the pallet into the cargo body — up to about 6 metres guided.

Hold for offload
Module waits. Crew stacks or breaks the pallet by hand. No automatic dumping.

Return
Empty module reverses to the dock lip.

Reattach
Auto-align, operator confirms, latch and magnets lock. One machine again.
Shock-isolated latch
The join between body and module sits on a shock pack so the dock lip and truck floor do not crack the pins. Same philosophy as the S2 and R2 ride machines — protect the steel and the operator.
