By accessing our website, making a reservation, booking a vehicle, picking up a rental car, or otherwise using the services provided by Space 420 (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a decolonized African car hire company operating across all African countries and beyond, you (the "Customer," "Renter," "you," or "your") agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms").These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. They apply to all rentals, bookings, and related services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services or rent any vehicle from us.When you complete a booking (whether online, via WhatsApp, phone, or in person), sign the rental agreement at pickup, or take possession of the vehicle, you explicitly accept and agree to these Terms in their entirety, including any additional policies referenced herein (such as our Privacy Policy, Insurance Terms, and Fuel Policy).We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website and/or provided at the time of rental. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya (or the applicable laws of the country where the rental originates), without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of the rental origination country.
