How do I book a ride?
Open Ride, set pickup & drop-off (search, map tap, or paste a Google Maps link), choose a vehicle, and confirm. A real online driver must accept.
Why was my request not matched?
No drivers were online nearby. Try again shortly, or schedule for later.
How do prices work?
You always see the fare in KES before confirming. Promo codes apply at booking.
Lost item?
Open trip history, note the ride reference, and contact support with the driver’s plate if shown.
Payments
Cash, wallet, M-Pesa or card. Wallet trips deduct only when the trip completes.
