Decolonise Africa Tourism promotes ethical, community-centered, and decolonial travel experiences across Africa. By making a booking with us, you agree to the following terms:1. Booking FeesTo secure your tour and begin professional planning, the following non-refundable fees apply:Tour Guide Booking Fee: USD 50 per booking
This covers the reservation and allocation of a certified, community-based tour guide.
Itinerary Arrangement & Processing Fee: USD 20 per booking
This covers specialist itinerary design, customization, coordination with local hosts and communities, and all administrative processing.
Total Upfront Booking & Processing Fee = USD 70These fees are payable at the time of booking confirmation and are separate from the main tour package cost.2. Payment TermsThe USD 70 booking & processing fee must be paid in full to confirm your reservation.
The remaining tour package balance is due according to the specific package terms (usually 30–50% deposit within 7 days, full payment 30 days before travel).
We accept payments via M-Pesa, bank transfer, PayPal, and major cryptocurrencies.
3. Cancellation PolicyThe USD 70 booking & processing fee is non-refundable once paid.
Cancellation of the main tour package follows the specific package’s cancellation terms.
No refunds for no-shows or cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour start date.
4. Changes & ModificationsAny requests to modify your itinerary after confirmation may attract additional arrangement fees.5.
